Why Is My Tv Constantly Changing The Channel / Opening The Channel Guide / Show Info By Itself?
Hey I’m having some difficulties, right now my TV is going crazy on me. I have DISH Network, and right now my TV is doing such things as changing the channel, opening the guide, showing the channel info by itself without me even touching the remote. These things are happening randomly, quickly, and uncontrollably, and I don’t know what to do about it.
So could you please let me know, what is going on with my TV, and what can I do to fix this issue?

i work for dish network i have for 3 years this is easy to fix! u have whats called uhf interference i need to know the model reciever you have to be able to really help you. press the menu button two times on the #1 remote. look for the #1 at the bottom of the remote below the # 0 . you should be looking at the system info screen at the bottom of the screen look for the secondary remote address you need to change the3 in the white box. heres how to do that. use the #2 remote the one that belongs to the tv that changes that channels. stand in front of the 31 tv. press and hold the sat buitton ion the top right hand corner untill all of the mode lights light up red, release the sat button and press any # between 1 and 15 other than the # in the white box on the screen, then press the # button below the # 9 it says search. press the record button 2 times depending on the model remote is either above the #3 or below the pause button. look at the screen if the secondary remote addres changes its fixed. if not call tech support. 1-800-333-3474
