Tokio Hotel’s Tv “caught On Camera” Dvd In Different Versions?

Are their different versions for this DVD? I got mine at hot topic and I find out today that there might be a different one with a second disk. Can anyone help me?

Tokio Hotel: Caught On Camera – What’s The Difference In The Us Version To The Deluxe Version?

I know Hot Topic is selling the US standard edition which is just the Tokio Hotel TV stuff right? But if I was to order to Deluxe Edition through to Canadian Amazon, what’s on the Deluxe? I know there’s the Road To The New Album, but what else? Which one should I buy?

Where can I get the Limited Fan edition? It comes with 2 DVDs, a tshirt and a poster or something like that. I’ve checked the main site and they don’t have a place to order the Fan edition.
